Cassie and Cash were part of a pack of five strays when they were captured in north Jefferson County and taken to the RMHRR. Staff monitored the bunch to see who was bonded and clearly Cassie and Cash were lovers. Shortly after arriving at the shelter, Cassie gave birth to a little sweetheart named Cannoli. Cassie is a sweet, loving mama that doted on Cannoli. Despite being strays, Cash and Cassie are affectionate. Cash loves to be pet and cared for unless he thinks he's going to the vet! Both can be won over with a little papaya and time.
