POSITIONS MOST NEEDED
Veggie feeders for Sunday and Tuesday feeding teams
Bunny Brigade team member(s) specifically focused on answering calls about strays in the Greeley and Fort Collins areas.
Help connect compassionate supporters with individual rabbits in our care. This role involves coordinating sponsorship requests, maintaining accurate re cords, creating engaging updates for sponsors, and ensuring that each sponsored rabbit receives the attention and resources they need.
Give presentations to interested school & community groups, arrange for educators to give presentations involving teaching about rabbits, schedule, organizes and supervise short term volunteering by school/community groups.
Help spread the word about RMHRR and its adorable bunnies by collaborating with the Social Media lead to create engaging content for its online presence. This role involves more than just scheduling posts; you’ll be responsible for generating fresh ideas, sharing heartwarming rescue stories, identifying trends, and actively engaging the community to support RMHRR’s mission and the rabbits in their care.

TIME COMMITMENT: Approximately 3 hours a week, available to be present at events and make visits to the shelter to gather Information and photos for online content
Help out behind the scenes in the RMHRR office where there is a need for entering data in ShelterLuv along with other day‑to‑day tasks that help keep our rescue running smoothly and make a real difference in the care our rabbits receive.

Bunnies LOVE our feeding team, because they provide daily salads and other delicious treats! Help ensure this process runs smoothly by coordinating the efforts of this experienced team. Responsibilities include serving as team point of contact, making sure all feeding activities are completed, and closing down the shelter at the end of the evening. Training provided.

Keeping our BinkyBoutique up and running is a BIG job! Our Boutique Supervisor Shelba is looking for someone to assist her with important tasks related to this job, so we can keep this important part of our shelter going strong. Our rabbits may be adorable, but they definitely keep us sweeping! We’re looking for a volunteer to help keep one area of the Bunny Bungalow swept and mopped on a monthly basis. If you’re dependable, don’t mind a bit of fur or hay, and enjoy making a direct impact, this simple but important role is a great way to help.

Once a month for approximately 2+ hours, any day of the week as long as not during feeding which is 4:00 -6:00.
Once a month on a Saturday in either afternoon or morning; random cleaning as needed, directed by Terri who is usually there. 2-4 hours
Help the bunnies find their BFF by facilitating bonding sessions for those bunnies in search of their special "some-bunn." Responsibilities include coordinating Bonding Team activities, managing Bonding Team meetings and communications. Training provided.

TIME COMMITMENT: Approx. 10 hours/week, remote and onsite.
Help keep RMHRR bunnies "hoppy" and healthy by being a part of the grooming team whose work helps keep a bunny's fur from matting and promotes skin health.

TIME COMMITMENT: 4 - 6 hours a month. A 6 month commitment required. Bunny experience required.
Help keep RMHRR’s one‑of‑a‑kind, bunny‑approved toys rolling off the “assembly line” by supporting the Toys Lead in managing this beloved—and essential—source of revenue. Contact Shelba at toys@rmhrr.org for more details.
The Binky Boutique is Colorado's premiere bunny supply store! Help raise money for shelter programs and support local rabbit moms and dads by providing top-notch customer service, stocking shelves, ringing up sales, and more!
TIME COMMITMENT: One Saturday per month, from 9:30am-2:30pm
