About Mountain West Bunfest
The Mountain West Bunfest is a one-of-a-kind celebration dedicated to rabbits, their people, and the joy they bring to our lives. Held annually at the Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue, this family-friendly festival brings together live music, a vibrant vendor market, food trucks, games, silent auctions, and shelter tours — all in support of nearly 100 rabbits in our care.
Bunfest is more than just an event — it’s a community. Attendees can explore exclusive products for their rabbits, enjoy food, connect with fellow rabbit lovers, and support local businesses that make our region thrive. By bringing together rabbit enthusiasts, volunteers, and small business owners, Bunfest fosters meaningful connections while celebrating compassion, fun, and community.
Proceeds generated from the bunfest (excluding vendor market and food trucks) go directly to the rescue, and generous sponsors help ensure that more funds reach the rabbits rather than event overhead.
