Service Description
Step behind the scenes and hop into the world of BunFest with our fun and interactive guided facility tours! Get up close with our adorable residents who are available for adoption or are in long-term care while learning all about their care, personalities, and rescue stories. Best of all, every ticket helps make a difference—100% of tour proceeds go directly toward the care, housing, and medical needs of our rescued rabbits. Each guided tour is 20 minutes long and led by one of our knowledgeable volunteers who will walk you through the facility and share insight into our rabbits, background stories, daily care routines, and rescue operations.

Cancellation Policy
Important Safety & Biosecurity Rules: To protect the health and safety of our rabbits and prevent disease transmission, all guests must: Comply with all RHDV (Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus) biosecurity protocols set in place at the shelter. Wear provided shoe covers at all times while in the facility. Follow all instructions from tour volunteers and staff. Refrain from feeding outside food. Practice good hygiene and sanitation expectations while onsite. These rules are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all animals in our care. Please note: All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Please arrive at the tour station 5 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Disclaimer & Liability Notice: By attending BunFest, guests acknowledge and accept that they are entering an active animal care facility. While Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue takes every reasonable precaution to maintain a safe and clean environment, visitors assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to potential exposure to allergens, zoonotic diseases, or minor injuries. By entering the premises, you voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation and agree to release and hold harmless Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue, its volunteers, staff, and affiliates from any liability arising from your attendance, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to follow posted rules, volunteer instructions, or biosecurity protocols—including RHDV prevention measures and use of shoe covers—may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. For the safety of our animals, any actions that may cause stress, harm, or risk to the rabbits (including unauthorized handling, feeding, or entering restricted areas) are strictly prohibited. By participating in this event, you agree to respect all guidelines in place to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of the rabbits, staff, volunteers, and fellow guests.
