Sawyer's foster mama calls this sweet boy "the professor", due to his studious, careful and

persistent exploration of everything new in his environment. While still a bit shy about

human touch, a patient human who knows to let him initiate the same sort of exploring with

him/her, gets rewarded with lots of contact! A member of the Great Eight, a litter of babies

born in one of our foster homes just after their mama was rescued from the cold outdoors,

Sawyer has grown up (currently 5 mos old) knowing only love and good times. Now he's

ready to have more of that with his forever family!
